How to Study Masters in Nursing Abroad?

A master's degree in nursing is required to practice as an advanced nurse in areas of healthcare where specialist knowledge and experience is a must to handle the role. Advanced nurse practitioners are required to possess the skills to attend to patients in a variety of medical set-ups viz. critical care units, intensive care units, neonatal care units, high dependency units, emergency healthcare, casualties, old-age caregivers, obstetrics nursing, etc. 

Eligibility criteria to study nursing abroad:

The master's degree in nursing can be acquired after completing a B.Sc Nursing / Bsc Hons Nursing/Post Basic B.sc Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Advanced nurse practitioners' jobs are not limited to preventive and primary healthcare but include the primary diagnosis of illnesses and deciding the first best line of treatment in the absence of a registered medical practitioner.
