If a student is not happy with the university he is studying in or if there is any factor which is making it impossible for him to continue studying in the same university then a student can apply for transfer to a new one. A student will need to get a confirmation from the new university to submit the authorities in your current university if he/she wants a transfer during an academic year. He will also need to co-ordinate with the international student’s authority at the new university.
