How to Register for the SAT exam?

Following are the steps to register for SAT Exam online

1. The registration for the SAT exam cannot be done by the Parent or Counsellor, it has to be done by the student.
2. Depending on the colleges or universities you want to apply the required SAT test would vary. Find out if you have/want to take SAT with essay, without essay or SAT Subject test.
   
3. Register for the test date before the deadline, if you pass the deadline you could still register within the late registration deadline but will have to bear an additional cost.
4. Create your account on college board for free and Sign in to it for registration
5. Provide your details exactly matching  your Photo ID.
6. If you are interested in scholarship programs, you can provide additional details in the College Board’s Student Search Service which is free and based on this information that you provide, scholarship programs and colleges can find you.
   
7. Upload your photo as per the requirements
8. Pay the registration fees as mentioned for your country as the fees varies for students in the US and international students. Check the SAT registration fee
   

Print your admission ticket after successfully completing your registration. You will require to carry the Admission ticket on your test day.
