Both the Excellence and the ETH-D scholarships start with the Master’s degree program and are awarded for 3 or 4 semesters.

The scholarship is granted for the minimum period and amounts to CHF 1,600/ month for 10 months a year) for the complete duration of the masters- one and a half years or two years.
