Students can look at all the available dates and test centers on the official website of the TOEFL website. The TOEFL IBT is provided more than 60 times a
year at test centers all over the world. You just have to create a TOEFL IBT account to view the available dates and then you can decide whichever date is convenient

5. When are the TOEFL scores announced?

You will receive your TOEFL scores in approximately 6 days after your test  date. You will receive an email when the TOEFL scores are available and you can
access these scores from your ETS account or official TOEFL application.

Answer. It takes approximately 13 days (after your test date) to send out your official scores to the designations you select before you take the test. However, after
 
they are put in the mail, it takes more 7 to 10 days to reach their respective destinations. This is the approximate time required only for US universities. Universities outside the US require 4 to 6 weeks to reach their destinations.

ETS has appointed several testing agencies in various countries that are franchisees of the ETS to conduct the TOEFL. ETS is responsible for setting the questions and sending the scores to the students/test-takers.
