USA Scholarships and Financial Aid

Following are scholarships available in the USA for international students

1. American universities scholarships:- They provide a limited number of partial merit scholarships to deserving first-year international students. The range of scholarship is U.S.$6000 to the U.S.$25,000.

2. Amherst College Scholarships:- The financial aid provides financial help to needy international students. After your admission, your financial need is determined and then the financial aid is provided.

3. Berea College Scholarships:- It is the only school that provides 100% funding to 100% enrolled international students for the first year of enrollment. It covers up costs of tuition, room, board, and fees. You would probably save up to $1000 for other expenses.

4. Clark University Scholarships:- It is available for first-year applicants of both local and international students who have attended at least four years of school. The scholarship ranges from $15,000 to $20,000 per year and a stipend of $2500 for paid internship or assistant-ship is included with the award.

5. Colby-Sawyer Scholarships:- The scholarship value depends upon the academic achievements in the GPA which ranges from $20,000 to $26,000 per year.

6. Columbia College Scholarships:-The scholarship here is mostly one-time cash grants or 15%- 100% tuition fee reductions based on academics.

7. Michigan State Universities International scholarships:- They offer a limited number of scholarships and grants to the selected undergraduate and postgraduate students. However, these are short-term or degree completion loans. The program does not include full funding for the academic study of the student.

8. New York University Wagner Scholarships:- These are partial to fully funded merit-based tuition scholarships ranging from $25,000-$47,000. Around 20% of the enrolled students are awarded the scholarship.

9. Oregan University Scholarships:- One of the many Scholarship programs here, is ICSP Scholarship, which awards 30-40 competitive scholarships each year. ICSP students receive tuition waiver between $7500 to $30,000.

10. Concordia College scholarships:- They provide partial financial assistance to international students who made contributions on campus. Along with the academic ability, these scholarships are based on the financial need of the applicant, which adds up to $25,000 per year.

11. Iowa State University International Merit Scholarships:- The scholarships here are limited and competitive. The selection is done on the basis of your SAT or ACT scores and your high school marks/grades. The awards range is $2000 to $10,000 (renewable).
