• In 1964, Cleveland State University was established as a state-aided institution and followed the curriculum, campus, and staff of Fenn College. - Applicants must have passed high school with a cumulative GPA of 2.3 on the US grading scale with successful completion of 13 core academic requirements – 4 years of English, 3 years of Math, 3 years of Natural Sciences, and 3 years of Social Sciences.

- English language test scores of TOEFL/IELTS/PTE. SAT and ACT scores are also accepted here.
